The Wacker Neuson IEC series of high-frequency internal vibrators with the integrated converter offers two machines in one. These internal vibrators offer a high level of flexibility and easy handling. Other advantages include an ergonomic design and affordable price point.

High-performance electric motor with stable speeds

• With the consistently high rpm, this high-frequency internal vibrator delivers reliable concrete consolidation performance and efficient, high-quality results.
• The motors were developed by Wacker Neuson and are wound and produced by in-house manufacturing in Germany. This ensures consistently high engine output and quality.

Switch box with integrated frequency converter

• The integrated frequency converter means no additional machine is necessary. The compact unit is easy for the operator to transport around the construction site.

MAINTENANCE

The front third of the vibrator head is tempered

• The front third of the vibrator head is tempered. This reduces the wear on the head. This saves maintenance costs.

SAFETY

PRCD (Portable Residual Current Device) in the housing cover.

• The PRCD protective ground fault interrupter (“FI”) controls all subsequent elements. This offers more secure protection for the operator and machine in the event that safety guidelines for the power source, such as the isolating transformer, were not observed.
